I was sprawled beneath my drawing table, attempting to untangle the mass of  wires that connected my computer, printer, scanner, speakers, and monitor to the electrical outlet and to each other.  As I was muttering to myself about the dust and how much I disliked electrical cords, I heard my son say, “That’s really…morbid.” Before I could ask him what he was talking about, he thrust a photo of a woman in a coffin at me.
